Fans who are fearful that they are seeing the last performances of Katherine Heigl as Dr. Izzie Stevens can now breathe easy because Heigl is after all staying with the successful television show “Grey’s Anatomy”. This despite Heigl’s uncalled for comments that she was not given an Emmy-nomination deserving material for this season. The good news was confirmed by no less than Stephen McPherson, entertainment president of ABC. There are however rumors that Heigl might just get her sexy body in a literal character assassination as the writers of the show are planning something unfunny with Izzie’s character, might be a fatal brain tumor, just to get back at her.
